Have just bought birthday chocolates. Extremely disappointed and ripped of by tiny package of poor quality chocolate and very poor presentation at high price. Would be an insult to give this to anyone.Will not buy from this website again.

I received my item. I am very very disappointed. Not at all what I expected for the money I paid. Won't be buying here again. If I could I would give 0 stars.

I can't fault the service or the standard of items I ordered, everything arrived speedily and when I queried one of the items which had been sent separately I received a reply the next day and the item arrived in time.

Ordered the pack of 6 donut socks which arrived very quickly, but there were only five! Phoned Prezzybox, who were brilliant. I was sent a free returns label to return the faulty box and received a replacement within a couple of days. Great service - and great socks! Would definitely use this company again.

Horrible. Fraudulent in my opinion. Going to cancel order with American Express. Order has yet to come....pair of socks ordered Dec 3, 2020. All they keep saying is that it's been shipped. Never again.

Ordered a personalised cushion and socks on December 22nd. The site said will definitely receive for Christmas. Never received the items. I sent 4 emails with no satisfactory response. "We have contacted our partner, as soon as we get a reply we'll let you know". In the end they told me my order was lost in transit and a new order is on it's way with Royal Mail. That was 2 weeks ago and still not received it. No refund and no items.
Look at the reviews and you will see I'm not the only one they have robbed.

Shocking service - will never order from this website again. I ordered a gift on 29 November - expected delivery between 4th and 7th December. Order not received - I want a refund please. I sent 3 emails but no satisfactory response. Really disappointed with the service. This a family run business - I would be concerned about the volume or bad reviews.

Ordered Item on the 5th Dec, dispatch email sent to me on the 15th, it’s now the 23rd and still no sign of my parcel! Customer service was useless, kept making excuses not to give refund until I threatened with going through my bank. Sue was about as helpful as soggy cereal bowl. Got my money back now.

Bought a hot chocolate bombe set and am so delighted with how superb they look. Think the person who is to receive them on Christmas Day will be very pleased.
Overall fantastic service and quick and reliable. Will use again!
